Emailing a Workbook

In some situations you might want to email a workbook file to someone. You can embed the information in a message so that the Excel data appear in the body of the message, or you can send the workbook as an attachment.

Your options for emailing an Excel workbook are essentially the same the options as for emailing a Word document. Rather than repeat the information here, I’ll point you to the section “Easy Ways to Email a Document” in Chapter 14, “Saving, Printing, Emailing, and Faxing Documents,” which explains the process.
