Saving a Presentation

After you have created a presentation and added the required text, you should save it. PowerPoint presentations are saved to .PPT files. To save a presentation the first time, you select File, Save As. In the Save As dialog box that appears, you navigate to the location where you want to save the presentation, enter a name for the presentation in the File Name box (the presentation title is used by default), and click Save. After you have saved your presentation once by using the Save As dialog box, you can save it again in the future by simply selecting File, Save.
