Navigating, Inserting, Moving, and Deleting Slides

You navigate between the slides in a presentation by using the Navigation pane on the left side of the PowerPoint window. The Navigation pane has two tabs, Outline and Slides. The Slides tab shows a graphical representation of each slide, and the Outline tab shows an outline of the text on each slide. You navigate to a specific slide by clicking the slide in either tab. The selected slide is then shown in the main PowerPoint window. If there are more slides than fit in the Navigation pane, you use the scrollbar to move up and down through the list.
