Adding and Removing Navigation Controls for Web Viewing

When you’re showing a presentation on the Web, a set of navigation controls that is similar to those on a regular onscreen presentation is displayed. You might want to remove those controls so that the viewer is forced to watch the presentation at the rate at which it was designed to run. To do this, you open the Options dialog box by selecting Tools, Options, clicking the General tab, and then clicking the Web Options button. When the Web Options dialog box appears, you click the General tab (see Figure 26.3) and deselect the Add Slide Navigation Controls check box. You can also change the color of the navigation controls if desired.

Figure 26.3. The General tab of the Web Options dialog box can be used to enable Web navigation controls and animations in Web presentations.
