Working with Form Letters

At this point, I’ll assume that you have created a contact list either in Outlook or Access. Now you want to create a form letter and print customized copies by using your contact list. First, you need to set up the form letter.

Setting Up a Form Letter

A form letter includes text that appears on every copy of the letter, with fields that are replaced by information when you print. For example, the name in the address and salutation might come from your contact list.
