Calling or Emailing a Contact

It’s a good bet that you will frequently want to send email to and call your contacts. Outlook makes it easy to do both by providing quick access to those features from the Contacts folder.

Sending Email to a Contact

When you need to send an email message to a contact, you click To (or Cc or Bcc) in the new message form and then select the contact from your Outlook Address Book. The Select Names dialog appears, and you can use it to quickly address the email message (see Figure 4.10).
