Viewing the Contacts Folder in Different Ways

By default, Outlook uses the Address Cards view, shown in Figure 4.1, to display the Contacts folder. The Address Cards view shows the name, email address, address, and phone numbers for the contact, but that might not be the information you really want to see. For example, maybe you need to see the Company, Job Title, or other fields.

Outlook gives you several ways to view the Contacts folder. To choose one, you can open the Contacts folder and choose View, Arrange By, Current View, and then select one of the predefined views. Figure 4.7 shows the Phone List view.
