Printing and Exporting Reports and Labels

You can certainly view and analyze reports onscreen, but you will probably want to have a paper copy of some reports or perhaps export them to Word for inclusion in longer reports. This section explains both of these topics, as well as how to create labels from a database.

Setting Page Layout Options

Before you print a report, you should review its page layout and adjust such settings as margins and page orientation. In Access, you open the Reports page of the Database window and double-click a report to open it. You can click the Setup button on the toolbar or choose File, Page Setup to display the Page Setup dialog box (see Figure 29.16).
