Moving Around in a Document and Between Documents

As mentioned in the previous section, you can use the Page Up, Page Down, and arrow keys to move through a document and position the cursor. Use the End key to move to the end of a line and the Home key to move to the beginning of a line. You can also use the mouse and scrollbars to scroll through the document and place the cursor in the document.

Tip

The cursor blink rate is a Windows setting, not a Word setting. Use the Keyboard applet in the Control Panel to set blink rate and key repeat rate.
