Opening Another Person’s Mailbox with Your Own

If you have an Exchange Server account, you can open other people’s folders if they have set permissions on them to allow you access. You can also open other mailboxes, whether they belong to you or someone else, as long as you’ve been given access permissions to them. For example, you might need to open your boss’s mailbox so you can manage his schedule and wade through his email before you forward it to a private mailbox.
