Adding More Recently Used Files

Like other Office applications, Access displays recently used databases in the File menu to make it easy to open frequently or recently used databases. You can increase the number of recently used databases in the File menu by following these steps:

1.
Choose Tools, Options to open the Options dialog box and then click the General tab (shown in Figure 30.2).

Make sure the Recently Used File List option is selected and then choose a number from its drop-down list box.

Click OK.
