INTRODUCTION

Workbooks or worksheets with a lot of data can generate large print jobs, possibly containing hundreds of pages. Waiting until all these pages are printed to verify that the information is printed correctly can cost a lot in both time and printing supplies. To help prevent printing mistakes, use Print Preview to ensure that all the necessary elements appear on the pages being printed.

Click the Margins button to display the current worksheet margins. (For more information about working with margins, see p. 162.)

Click Zoom again to toggle between increasing and decreasing the size of the work sheet in Print Preview mode; here you zoom out. You can also click the worksheet once.

Click the Close button to exit Print Preview mode.
