INTRODUCTION

Word provides many ways to view documents, and each view has its purpose. The two most common views are Normal and Print Layout, but Reading Layout view is nice because it increases the size of the text so you can read it more easily onscreen. Normal view (Word's default view) shows text formatting in a simplified layout of the page so you can type and edit quickly.
