Starting Office Applications

Click the Start button.

Click the All Programs command (check out the multitude of applications available to you on your computer, many of which you might not even know you have).

Click the application you want to start—for example, Microsoft Word—from the Microsoft Office submenu.

The Word window opens with a blank document, and a Word button appears on the taskbar.
