Saving Documents As Web Pages

With the Office document you want to save as a Web page displayed onscreen, open the File menu and select Save As Web Page to open the Save As dialog box.

In the File Name field, type a descriptive name for the file you want to save (for example, Sales21).

Click the Save button. The document is saved as a Web page (that is, an HTML file), and the filename you assigned appears in the Web page's title bar.
