Packaging a Presentation for Use on Other Computers

A presentation doesn't always require a stand-up presenter. Sometimes, in fact, a carefully crafted presentation can literally deliver itself. If you've created a PowerPoint presentation that you want to use as a calling card for your company or its products and services, you can tie the pieces of the presentation into a tidy package and copy it to a CD. The Package for CD feature in PowerPoint 2003 is a huge improvement over the clunky Pack and Go Wizard used in previous PowerPoint versions.


Packaging a presentation involves three steps:
