Responding to Meeting Requests

When a meeting is scheduled in Outlook and you are listed as one of the invitees, you will receive an invitation in the form of an e-mail message in your Inbox. This e-mail message provides the details of the meeting and also provides you with the ability to accept or decline the meeting invitation. If you accept the meeting invitation, the meeting is automatically added to your Outlook Calendar.

To accept a meeting invitation, follow these steps:
