Editing a Form Letter

I created form letters in QuickBooks, but now I want to make a change. How can I go back and edit a form letter?

You can edit an existing letter in QuickBooks by choosing Company, Write Letters. On the first screen in the Write Letters window that appears, choose Design QuickBooks Letters. Then click the Next button. On the next screen choose View or Edit Existing Letters, click Next, and then click the Edit Letter button. On the following screen, choose the letter that you want to edit. Microsoft Word opens, and the form letter appears; you can make your changes, and then save the revised form letter.
