Integrated Applications Preferences

In the Company Preferences window of the Integrated Applications preferences option, you can indicate your preference for allowing integrated applications to have access to your QuickBooks company file. You can choose not to allow access, or choose to notify the user before running an integrated application. Leave both options unchecked and unlimited access is available.

Click the QuickBooks Solutions Marketplace hyperlink at the bottom of the window if you want to go to the QuickBooks Web site where you can read more about other applications that can exchange data with with QuickBooks. This area of the QuickBooks Web site is constantly being updated as more software vendors produce programs that are compatible with QuickBooks, so be sure to check this regularly to learn about new products, find developers who can create custom software for your industry, read reviews of products, and add your own ratings to the product information.
