Performing Quarterly Activities

You need to perform a few QuickBooks activities at the end of each quarter. Their infrequency, however, does nothing to diminish their importance. Quarterly tax deposits, for example, must be paid. Your company’s lenders and investors might require quarterly reports of your business progress. Overall business performance can often be more easily judged when examining a quarter instead of a month at a time. For example, you can spot trends that might not show up on monthly reports but might become evident during a quarter.
