CPA Tip: Memorizing an Estimate

Many companies use a standard estimate that gets duplicated on job after job. Why take the time to re-create the same estimate over and over when you can create one estimate that serves a template and use it repeatedly?

To memorize an estimate that you expect to reuse for many different jobs, open the Create Estimate form (choose Customers, Create Estimates). Enter all of the items and prices that you expect to remain standard on future estimates.
