Chapter 11. Job-Cost Estimating and Tracking > Invoicing Against an Estimate

Invoicing Against an Estimate

If you have created an estimate for a customer, you don’t have to start over when you are ready to send an invoice to the customer. You can create an invoice right from the estimate—for the entire estimated amount, for a percentage of the amount, or for specific items on the estimate form.

→ For more information about creating and using invoices, see Chapter 12, “Invoicing, Monthly Statements, Accounts Receivable, and Collecting Income,” p. 207.
