Sending a Payment Inquiry

A payment inquiry is treated with more urgency than a message by the receiving financial institution. This type of important message is flagged differently.

To send a payment inquiry, you must have already sent the payment to the bank and have the payment highlighted in the Online Banking Center. (That simply means opening the Online Banking Center by clicking the Online Banking icon and clicking once on the payment about which you are inquiring.) After the payment is highlighted, do the following:
