Entering Money Received

After all your invoices have been entered, it’s time to start recording payments for those invoices. If, in the past, you recorded payments with a receipt book or some form of paper voucher, you can use those receipts or vouchers for entering payments. If you have no such paper trail, you will probably have to refer to whatever documentation accompanies your bank deposits. Collect all the documents for payments received since the start date.
