Streamlining the Review Process with Microsoft Outlook

From within Word, you can forward a document for review—and if your colleague is using Word 2002 and Outlook 2002, he or she can review it immediately on opening it.

To send a document for review, choose File, Send to, Mail Recipient (for Review). Word displays a dialog box asking whether you want to include a copy of the file as an attachment; if you click No, Word includes a hyperlink in the e-mail message connecting to the location where the file is stored.
