Delegating Access to Your Folders

When using Exchange as your messaging system, you can let other people act as delegates on your behalf.

If you have a trusted administrative assistant, you can give that assistant full delegate access to any or all of your Outlook folders. That's quite different from allowing your assistant to log on as you because you can control which of your Outlook folders your assistant can access.
