Using Voting Buttons

Using Exchange Server, you can send a message that asks a question to which you want people to reply with one of a set of possible answers. The message can include Outlook's built-in voting buttons or voting buttons you define. When people receive your message, they can select one of the voting buttons to send you a reply. At your end, Outlook keeps track of recipients'responses so you easily can display a tally of those responses.

Outlook offers three sets of predefined voting buttons you can include in a message. These buttons are labeled
