Using Web Services

If your Exchange Server administrator has set up and enabled Outlook Web Access on Exchange, you can create and access forms in HTML format from within Outlook. In this situation, the new command Web Form appears on Outlook's Actions menu. When you select this command, you can select a form that your default Web browser opens automatically.

For detailed information about Outlook Web Access, refer to the Microsoft publication Exchange 2000 Outlook Web Access, which is available on the Web site http://www.microsoft.com/exchange/outlook/OWA2000.htm. You can find additional information in various white papers available at http://www.microsoft.com/exchange/outlook/default.htm and in books about Exchange, such as Special Edition Using Microsoft Exchange Server 2000, published by Que.
