Although this article refers specifically to Outlook 2000, the information seems to apply equally to Outlook 2002. Flagging a Message You can flag a message to draw recipients'attention to it. Here's one way to flag a message. To flag a message: 1. If you're using Word as your mail editor, click the Message Flag button in the Message toolbar. If you're using the native Outlook editor, click the Follow Up button in the Standard toolbar. In either case, Outlook displays the dialog box shown in Figure 4.17.
