Delegating Your Work

You can give one or more people delegate access to any of your Outlook folders. These people must, of course, have Exchange accounts. For each delegate, you can provide access to one or more of your Outlook folders. You can assign three levels of access for each person to each folder:

  • Reviewer Access— This allows the delegate only to read items in a folder.

  • Author Access— This allows the delegate to read items and create new items in a folder.

  • Editor Access— In addition to being able to read items and create new items, this allows the delegate to modify existing items.
