Creating Folders and Subfolders

Within an Outlook storage location—a Personal Folders file or an Exchange store—you can create as many Outlook folders as you need, and you can create subfolders within existing folders.

The reasons you create additional Outlook folders are the same as those for creating Windows folders. You save information so that you can access it when you need to do so. Accessing information might be simplified if you have the information organized into separate folders.
