What Are Contacts?

A contact in Outlook is a person or an organization. Outlook can save information about contacts in various places, as described in this chapter. Typically, Outlook saves such information as a contact's name, address, phone and fax number, and e-mail address. But Outlook can save much more information than this, including a contact's photograph.
