Viewing Appointments and Events

The preceding pages of this chapter have focused on creating appointments and events as Calendar items. When it has been necessary to talk about viewing appointments and events you've created, I've referred mostly to the Day/Week/Month view of the Calendar Information viewer with Day selected. Now it's time to take a broader view of how you can view appointments and events. You can view appointments and events in an Information viewer that displays those items in calendars, or you can view them in tables.

Viewing Appointments and Events in Calendar Views

You can view appointments and events in four types of Day/Week/Month calendars: by the day, by the work week, by the week, or by the month.
