Checking for Inconsistencies and Style Errors

Just as Word checks constantly for spelling and grammar mistakes, so, too, does PowerPoint. If you see a squiggly red line underneath a word, that means the word doesn't appear in the Office common dictionaries. Right-click the word and either correct the spelling or add it to a dictionary.
