Chapter 4. Working with Project Files > Displaying and Closing Files

Displaying and Closing Files

When you are working with more than one project file, you might want to alternate between your files, display them all at the same time, or close a file. Microsoft Project provides several alternatives for working with and closing your active files.

You can have up to 50 files open at the same time, each containing a separate project file. You can place one file at a time onscreen for viewing, or you can place all the files onscreen for simultaneous viewing by using the Window, A rrange All command.
