Making Macros Available to All Projects

You can make a macro available to all other projects without the project it was saved in having to be open. You simply need to copy the module it's in to the GLOBAL.MPT file using the Organizer. By default, the module your first macro is saved in is called Module1. It is a good idea to rename this to something more meaningful—PrintMacros would be good for the PrintGanttChart macro. Many macros can be written in each module.
