Creating an E-mail Template

You create a template for an e-mail message in the same way that you create any other e-mail message. In this case, though, instead of creating the complete message, just create a skeleton containing any boilerplate text, section headings, and tables.

→ If you usually assign the same categories (page 604) to certain kinds of messages, you can save yourself some time by creating templates that have those categories assigned to them. See Creating a Message with Predefined Categories
