Using Web Services

If your Exchange Server administrator has set up and enabled Outlook Web Access on Exchange, you can create and access forms in HTML format from within Outlook. In this situation, the new command Web Form appears on Outlook's Actions menu. When you choose this command, you can choose a form that your default Web browser automatically opens.

For detailed information about Outlook Web Access, refer to the Microsoft publication Outlook Web Access Deployment and Troubleshooting Guide which is available on the Web site http://support.microsoft.com/support.exchange/content/whitepapers/whitepapers.asp. You can also find information in books about Exchange Server, such as Special Edition Using Microsoft Exchange Server 5.5, published by Que.
