Using the Task Form to Examine Tasks and to Create New Tasks

While you can use the TaskPad to create tasks, as described previously in this chapter, that method is more appropriate for creating a personal to-do list. You should use the Task form to create Outlook items that contain detailed information about tasks. You can use the Task form to examine and modify existing tasks as well as to create new tasks.

Examining and Modifying Existing Tasks

You can display information about any task in the Task form and then add information to that task or modify existing information.
