Examining a Calendar Item's Properties

To examine a Calendar item's properties:

  1. Double-click a Calendar item in the Calendar Information viewer to display that item in the Appointment, Event, or Meeting form.

  2. In the form's menu bar, choose File, Properties to display the Properties dialog box, shown in Figure 10.19.

  3. By default, Calendar items have Normal importance and Normal sensitivity. You can change the importance by opening the drop-down Importance list and selecting a different importance; you can change the sensitivity by opening the drop-down Sensitivity list and choosing a different sensitivity.

  4. If you want to exclude the selected item from AutoArchiving, check the Do Not AutoArchive This Item box.

  5. If the Calendar item is one you use to send a message (such as a Meeting Request), check or uncheck the Save Copy of Sent Message, Read Receipt Requested, and Delivery Receipt Requested boxes as appropriate.
