Inviting People to Meetings

Outlook provides two ways for you to invite people to a meeting:

  • You can decide when the meeting will occur and send e-mail messages inviting people to attend.

  • If you have access to other people's calendars, you can choose a time for the meeting when other people are free and then send e-mail messages inviting people to attend.
