Many of the remaining sections of this chapter refer to a folder's context menu. You can display a folder's context menu by right-clicking that folder's name in the Folder List. Figure 37.7 shows a typical context menu.
Several of the items in a context menu are not available for Outlook's built-in folders. This is because you can only move, delete, or rename folders you create, not Outlook's built-in folders. With the exception of Send Link to This Folder, all the context menu items are available for folders and subfolders you create. Send Link to This Folder is available only for public folders. Figure 37.9, shown subsequently, is an example of a context menu for a folder you've created.
