Creating a Form Based on an Office Document

In addition to creating a form based on one of the standard Outlook forms, you can also choose to create a form in an Outlook folder based on one of four Office Document selections (Word document, Excel worksheet, Excel chart, and PowerPoint presentation). To create a form based on an Office Document, select Office Document from the New Object menu, as shown in Figure 40.50.
