Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting connections to an Exchange server is a matter for the Exchange administrator, not the Outlook user, to solve. If you've correctly identified the name of your Exchange server and the name of your account on that server, you should have a connection. If that fails, there's not much you can do from your end—that's what administrators are for.

If you set up Outlook with the Microsoft Exchange Server information service, and can't get access to the Exchange server, the only advice I can give is to contact your LAN or Exchange administrator and ask for help in solving the problem.
