Viewing a Presentation

Experienced PowerPoint users will note that the default view in PowerPoint 2000 is a new Normal view that makes most common presentation-assembly chores immediately accessible (see Figure 34.6). By combining key presentation elements in a single screen, which looks a lot like the PowerPoint 97 Outline view, this new Normal view eliminates the need to switch between views for different tasks.
