Chapter 52. PhotoDraw Essentials > Importing and Outputting Images

Importing and Outputting Images

Although PhotoDraw has an extensive collection of clip art, you'll often want to use original pictures and images. Importing—or the process of getting images into PhotoDraw—will provide you with a starting point, instead of drawing from scratch every time. Outputting involves moving a completed graphic to another application, such as FrontPage or PowerPoint. PhotoDraw eases this process by outputting files in formats that are compatible with most other applications capable of handling graphics.

→ Importing and exporting images between Office applications is easier than you might think; see "Importing and Exporting Graphics,"
