Mass Emailing and Faxing with Outlook and Mail Merge

If you use Outlook 2000, creating personalized mass emailings and faxes is almost as simple as creating and merging a form letter. Here's how:

  1. Complete the email message or fax as if it were a form letter, using the instructions in the preceding section. Attach a data source and check the main document with live data.

  2. Instead of having Word perform a Merge to New Document, click the Mail Merge Helper button on the Mail Merge toolbar.
