Secrets of the Office Masters: Using AutoCorrect to Add a Digital Signature to Your Documents

If you have a scanner, it takes only a few minutes to set up an AutoCorrect entry that will replace the text you type in Word with a scanned image of your signature. For example, you can have Word replace the text sigWL with a scanned image of Woody Leonhard's signature. A signature slug can be useful for "signing" daily correspondence, and it's indispensable if you want to sign a fax that is sent out electronically.
