Chapter 44. Designing and Using Forms > Displaying or Entering Data with a Form

Displaying or Entering Data with a Form

When you open a form, you can view, edit, or enter data. To navigate through a form by using the mouse, click the buttons on the navigation bar at the bottom of the form. The box in the center of this bar, shown in Figure 44.5, shows the number of the current record as well as the total number of records in the current data source. To open a blank form so that you can create a new record, click the New Record button at the far right.

Figure 44.5. Use these VCR-style controls to navigate through a data source using a form; enter a record number in the center box to jump to a specific record.
