Creating Presentations for the Web

PowerPoint creates Web pages that closely mirror the presentation itself. When you think about how you're going to run a PowerPoint presentation, it's worthwhile considering the possibility that the whole thing should just go up on the Web, so you can get at it anytime, from just about anywhere. Saving a presentation in Web format is also a way to make it supremely portable without the hassles of the Pack and Go Wizard. If there's a browser-equipped PC at your destination, you'll have no trouble showing your presentation.
